E-Notivisa will now register notifications of adverse events and technical problems related to food

The new system module will be launched during a webinar on 9/23, at 10 am. Join in!

Next Monday, September 23, at 10 am, Anvisa will hold an online seminar (webinar) to present the new e-Notivisa module. From now on, the system will be expanded to receive notifications about adverse events and technical complaints about foods regulated by the Agency.

Among the products that may be the subject of notifications are foods intended for babies, young children, and the elderly, foods that make claims of functional or health properties, infant formulas, products for enteral nutrition, food supplements, and probiotics, among others.

This new e-Notivisa module aims to make the notification process simpler and easier to use, providing a more friendly and accessible interface. Additionally, it will allow companies to respond directly to notifications made by citizens. This specific module for food joins the existing ones, which cover products such as cosmetics, sanitizers, hygiene items, and medical devices. More details about how e-Notivisa works are available below.

The webinar is aimed at the general public and companies interested in better understanding the system. To participate, access the link on the indicated day and time. There is no need for prior registration.
